Please print and sign this Parental Release Form and use one of the following optins to submit it:

- mail or drop off to the Jaffrey Civic Center, 40 Main St., Jaffrey NH 03452

- scan the signed form and email to MLKJaffrey@gmail.com

- email a picture of the signed form via smart phone to MLKJaffrey@gmail.com

Release forms should be returned by the contest deadline to assure your participation.


Submit Your Original Essays

Simply email your essays to MLKJaffrey@gmail.com with the Subject: "Submitted Original Essay" and include your name, grade, contact phone, and parent's name and contact phone, as well as consent form if not already provided.


Deadline and Submission: Friday, Dec. 15, 2017

Winners will be notified before Martin Luther King, Jr. Day in January and invited to read their poems at Celebrating Martin Luther King, Jr. Event on Monday, January 16, 5pm.

All submitted poems will be included in a special exhibit at the Jaffrey Civic Center in January.


Exhibits

2018 MLK Student Exhibit All student essays will be exhibited in the MLK Student Exhibit at the Jaffrey Civic Center in January 2018.
